Title: Nick's First Game: Doom 2
Filename: NICKS1ST.ZIP Size: 26k
Author: Nick Adair e-mail: [email protected]
Maps: MAP01 Type: normal
Sounds: no

[ Level construction ] ----------------------------------------------
Small sized level with a few hallways and a few big rooms. Kinda
symmetrical. Two keys used. Good light usage; 90% dark rooms. The
whole level is at most on one floor level, boring. Not very logical,
just search for the key, open door, push end button. ;)
[ Texture design ] --------------------------------------------------
No misaligned textures. Clean work. The doors (the small ones) are
not very good - just blocks, no real door-textures used. Some Tele-
porters have red floors & ceilings, others are better.
[ Bugs ] ------------------------------------------------------------
No Tuttie-Frutti, Medusa or HOM effects.
[ Enemies ] ---------------------------------------------------------
Very easy. Only a few enemies, one Mancubus, one Revenant, the
rest are Imps and Guys.
[ Things ] ----------------------------------------------------------
Enough ammo, enough health. In fact you could kill all monsters
again with this amount of ammo and health. Only a few burning
barrels added... boring.
[ Scoring ] ---------------------------------------------------------
51%
It's the first level from this author. To the author: get some
ideas and make your levels much more difficult - you know, it's
called: ULTRA VIOLENCE! Not ULTRA BORING. :) Couldn't resist...
