For the sake of stopping confusion, here are a few citations to this page.
First, there are two other files in this archive also called BADLIST.TXT, but they list other WADs in them, so are not the same as this one.
Second, I could not find DWARFLRD.ZIP on /idgames, so a direct download is listed, being hosted on textfiles.com.
Finally, some WADs are not credited; For CARNAL.ZIP, it was made by Melvin R. Clemens III (who only has one other WAD hosted on /idgames). ENS.ZIP was made by Chris Fought while JAX01.ZIP and JAX02.ZIP were both made by Glenn Jackson.
